"I think that Gaucho might be my favorite place to eat in Pittsburgh, which is a little strange; even though their new space is about 500% larger than their old one, it's still not a comfortable place to sit! But the food is just *so good* that it doesn't matter. I will come back again and again. \n\nIt's not fine dining, but my favorite thing on the menu is the steak sandwich made with ribeye steak. Nearly all of the food is cooked directly over their incomparable wood-fired grill. The house-made authentically Argentinian sauces complete the sandwich, so don't be shy and be sure to try them all! I can't decide if I like the pimenton (smoky red pepper) or ajo (garlic) better!\n\nIf you'd looking for a side dish, I can't recommend the grilled veggies enough. Who knew that something so simple could be so delicious? Also: I say skip the paella. It was fun to eat as a group, but it lacked so much in flavor.\n\nArrive early or in the middle of the afternoon to beat the wait. BYOB!"^^ . "0"^^ .
