. . "So I've come here twice the first time I was very pleased but the second time not so much. The first I had acrylic nails and I just got a fill in so it was pretty hard to mess up. The second time I decided to get the dip powder because that's what I used to get back home and unfortunately I was highly disappointed. The first day they looked great by the third day the thumb nail had chipped so I called and they said they would fix it at no charge. So I went when I got off work and when I arrived the guy (not sure of his name but he's the older guy who is always there, he's in the chair to the left of the front counter)asked what I needed and I told him I called. He told me he'd fix it, the first question he asked me was when I came I told him and then he asked who did my nails and to his surprise I told him that he did my nails. He proceeded to do my nails but wasn't too happy about it, I could tell because the two other times he did my nails he was very friendly and talked to me, aside from those questions he didn't say another word to me the 30 minutes I sat in his chair. Upon leaving I noticed that he didn't even shape my nail to match the other nails, I could tell he didn't want to be bothered so I just left.\nIt has now been a week and 5 days since I originally gotten my nails done. And the pictures that I have attaches are how they look now. When getting dip powder your nails should not crack, chip, break, be uneven and the powder should definitely not be coming off (like in the pictures) just like acrylics the only thing that you should see is the growth of your nails. I'm not sure if it's the product that they use or if my nails were just done poorly or a combination of both. \nSo if you are going for other services you'll be good but if you want dip powder then do not go here for it."^^ .
