Too few well trained employees.  Not bad employees, but a reflection of very \"Bad\" executive leadership.  Greedy people are the bad tree that you will NEVER get good fruit from...ever!  Took my battery into this place to see if it was bad or maybe some suspicious fuse or alternator issue.  Never got my phone call after two hrs of charging effort (free) to get results that evening.  Came next day, New crew, and asked what was the prognosis.  The person at the counter got my battery and said it was bad.  I asked why and she had no clue.  Asking for assistance from some guy doing a Humpty Dumpty on the counter facing away from me, giving me his back, spoke into the air and began listing all the possibilities as to what MIGHT be the reason, beginning with after the dinosaurs came into existence -  he was not quite the character you would expect to see taking on the lead role from the Music Man, but he sure sounded exactly like him!
