"I met with Zach Benjamin yesterday after going to my Sprint service provider because of a potential cracked screen on my IPhone 7 Plus. \n\nLet me start with the positive first. Zach took care of me in 10 minutes. I showed him my phone he asked if I had taken off the screen protector I bought from Sprint. Much to my amazement the plastic protector was cracked not the actual screen. He said the plastic protector did its job and prevented the cracks on my iPhone. He then put a new plastic protector on it, and I was done. A total of 20 minutes. Zach has won me over, I will never go anywhere else to have my phone repaired when required. Zach thank you, you made my day!!!!!\n\nNOW THE NEGATIVE..... SPRINT....\nI had to call Sprint to make an appointment to have my iPhone looked at for the cracked glass (I had the Assurion protection). I call and make an appointment, show up at noon as scheduled. The service rep did not schedule me as she had indicated and I had to get registered again. The attendant calls me up says my iPhone is cracked, he never took the plastic protector to see if it was cracked. He tells me it's a 10 day repair period.
