I traded in my 2006 2WD Toyota Tundra and in my opinion I got a great deal. As I am driving my Tundra home I realize it isn't 4x4 and the set up is way different then the old Tundra. They eventually took off $1,500 from the price and reworked the contract to reflect that the next day. I had to bring it in the next day as it need a free oil change which they did, but lost my wheel cover as they were taking out a nail in the tire. It took 3-4 weeks to get a replacement. I get a call about 30 days laters and they advise me that I needed to bring my truck in as it hadn't been emissions tested as it came from California. Technically they shouldn't have sold me the truck with out having it done. Next I get a motivation in the mail from the extended warranty company that the warranty I had purchased was void as it had been done on the wrong paperwork. So the dealership had to rewrite the warranty on the correct paperwork and send it to me. Been 9 days and I don't have the redone warranty yet. I love the truck, but the serious lack of detail and customer service is disappointing. How hard is to just do your job correctly the first time. Did I mention it was an hour drive each way from east Mesa to go back to the dealership. Lots of wasted time and had to get things corrected that should have been taken care of the first time. Today is 45 days from purchase and I still don't have the plate from the DMV as I am sure the late emission test screwed me there as well. I would not recommend this dealership due to repeated lack of customer service."^^ . .
