When it comes to online reviews, especially Yelp and Google, I find them to be very telling of what experience to expect, so you can imagine my trepidation considering some of RMV's earlier reviews. \n\nWithin the first week of arriving at our new place, we had several maintenance issues. I noticed that the linoleum under the fridge was ripped up and that the caulking in the master bathtub needed a touch-up. I called the front office and Kyle from maintenance was at my door within 15 minutes. Both of those repairs were completed the next day. A couple days later, at midnight on a Friday, I heard a sizzling sound coming from our breaker box and it smelled like burnt ozone. I called the emergency maintenance line, and Joel arrived within 30 minutes. I felt horrible for making him come out on a weekend in the middle of the night, but he was so kind and took my concerns seriously. As it turned out, the breaker for our water heater needed replacement, and though it took a couple days to get the new breaker, the office and maintenance kept me updated through phone calls and stopping by my apartment to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me and that I was a priority. With all my phone calls and maintenance issues within the first week, I felt like a nuisance, but all of Red Mountain Villa's employees assured me I was not, and have made me feel at home in a city that I have no connections in. \n\nAs far as the property itself, it's beautiful. No issues with trash, though the occasional dog poop doesn't get picked up by owners. My neighbors are super-friendly and the only thing I can hear from my upstairs and side neighbors is the opening and closing of sliding doors. The pools are numerous and pristine. There's even a turtle living in one of the ponds...so cute! The fitness room has brand-new equipment and smells delicious, somehow. \n\nI am proud to live in Red Mountain Villas. Customer service makes or breaks a business in my eyes, whether it be a restaurant, doctor's office, or property management, and I can't express how fantastic my experience with RMV has been. I feel like a priority, even when I'm calling them every day for one thing or another. A special shout-out to Erik, Ashley, and Raissa at the office for their patience and concern, and Joel and Kyle from maintenance are timely and professional and just nice to talk to. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone."^^ . . . . "4"^^ . "5"^^ .
