"So we purchased tickets to this show online in February of 2010 for the November 16th dinner show at the Plaza Hotel and Casino downtown. We paid for the tickets in advance, received an email confirmation and changed our hotel reservations from the strip to a downtown location for ease and convenience.\n\nWe arrived in town on the 16th, went to The Plaza topics up our tickets and low and behold we were told the show had moved to the Rio and that they would most likely not honor our prepaid tickets since the show was no longer a dinner show etc. The Plaza staff was not able to refund our purchase and when we called the Rio, we did not receive and assistance there either. We were told that we would have to call back when the manager came in at 5:00 pm.\n\nNeedless to say, we were not waiting around all day to see if they were going to honor our tickets or not, so we purchased tickets to another show and sent an email to the reservation address that had sent the confirmation to us. They never contacted us to advise of any changes and they had our email and mailing addresses.\n\nThey were also not able to credit our credit card back or provide us cash, they had to mail a check because the purchase was made so long ago.\n\nThe moral of this story is, do not plan so far in advance and beware when purchasing tickets for this show....."^^ .
