"After reading the reviews, I feel compelled to share my similar experience that took place this year (4/2015) when we had a bee swarm in our backyard. At first I was impressed because Joe set up for a technician to arrive at my house within the hour. Joe gave me a quote and I clarified the quote with the technician upon arrival to my home. The technician agreed with the price quote and then I showed him the bee swarm in the backyard. He told me the price would be $100 more. It was a bait-and-switch situation. I was upset, but I had bees flying around so I paid the price. I told him that if the rate was variable they should have told me that over the phone or when I asked upon arrival to my home. The technician treated the bees in the backyard for 10-15 minutes and left. I called the next day because I still had a bee swarm in the backyard. Joe told me that I needed to get in touch with Gary the owner. It took several messages to get a return phone call. The technician came back two days later. The second treatment worked and the bees are gone, but I will not use them again for future services or recommend them to others. The price increase made me feel taken advantage of and the customer service was poor."^^ .
