Their Mistake -not believing this little old lady would fight back.\n\n\"We have done a FREE inspection of your car.\" Right. After 4 more days of repairs somehow that FREE inspection ended up costing me way more than my original issue. \n\nI enlisted the help of a friend who is a former car dealer and after much negotiation the service manager came up with a satisfactory (albeit still expensive) deal. Thus the 2 stars for service and 1 star for the terrific shuttle lady.\n\nAZ definitely needs more consumer protection legislation.
