"1"^^ . "3"^^ . "The Customer service at Harpers is the worst you could ever experience. We ordered 2 1 gallon plants and paid in advance. We also bought 2 bags of fertilizer, which we took with us....Total order was $86. They called that the plants had come in. I went in (forgot receipt)\nto pick up plants. Told Jeff that I had paid for them when ordered and he said \"No you Didn't \nI took the order\". I told him he started the order by writing them down but he did not complete the order --Jeff took a phone call and proceeded to help someone else out in the garden while another gentleman completed the order. This gentleman helped carry the fertilizer out to our car. Now back to Jeff and when we picked up the flowers. He would not listen when I tried to explain that someone else had completed the order. He continued to say I did not pay for them many times. At this point the flowers were on the counter and he then said, with other customers standing there, \"go ahead and steal these plants you must need them worst than we do\". At that point I refused to take them and told him I did not appreciate being called a thief or liar, more especially in front of other people. \n\nI went home found the receipt and my wife and I went back to show the receipt and pick up the flowers. Jeff .....No where to be found! Co worker Jerry was left to face us and waiting for us. Jerry was not much better than Jeff. Jerry only continued to defend Jeff without knowing the whole story and he didn't want to know the story. We showed our receipt (which Jerry never really looked at) took the flowers as Jerry followed us to the parking lot. \n\nAll of this could of been avoided by Jeff simply saying I have to see the receipt instead of calling us a liar and thief....all of this for less than $20 worth of plants. Need I mention I am a 75 year old man ---AND BY THE WAY THEY HAD OUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER - What thief gives their name and number?\n\nIf I could give a minus star I would!"^^ .
