I have left messages on the machine (which is the ONLY thing you ever get when you call), and contacted them via the form on their website. No one has ever responded to either attempt at communication. I bought a voucher for a 90 minute massage from Groupon, and due to a HOSPITILIZATION, was not able to make my appointment. I have been charged $25 for not showing, despite the numerous attempts to get in touch with them before and after the appointment. I am now $70 in the hole for a massage I never saw due to their terrible customer service. I wish there was a corporate office I could talk to about them, of course they may not think communication with patrons is an important aspect to business either. If they are this complacent about returning calls, I can only imagine the carelessness they would treat your body with.\n\nPlease do not support a business that cannot even support its own potential and current customers. This place is a scam.\n\n**Update: Luckily, Groupon has impeccable customer service and has been willing to refund this purchase in a very timely manner...still haven't heard from Buoyance though."^^ .
