April 3rd the estimator came out, when I called to follow up the same day it was mentioned that certain heights, codes, and permits were needed. Of course I knew this, please let me know how much will it be. (Currently have 2 other estimates and was waiting on this one). I was asked to send a couple pictures over via cell phone so he had an idea. (My mother had the pics on her phone and had already shown him at the property, these gates and fences are all over old Vegas and I had mentioned I need something similar to stay with the era and not look out of place) At this point he would get back to me when he go back to the office. I followed up exactly one week later via cell phone, he was in the field, told me he didn't have any idea who I was as he wasn't at his desk, I explained when he was out to my my house and gave him the street address, was told he does 40-60 estimates a week, (and....?) as he began to recall the property he told me he hadn't heard back from the block guy, how high did I want it? (Just the height allowed, about 4-5', I have no idea the codes, I told him this info before, whatever it is, it is) He appeared to be frustrated I was calling, as I was that I had to call, I told him on the phone it sounds like they do not want my business, which he repeated a few times rudely that's not what he's saying. I need to text him my info so he can look it up again on his desk when he gets back to the office. I chose not to do this, and left the phone conversation wondering why a person is sent out on estimates if they are not held responsible to follow through with getting the information to the customer. It's Friday and I can only assume that my name and info is buried on his desk or in the trash with not a care in the world. \nAt this point, my thousands of dollars will be spent with a company that takes me seriously. And not waste my time."^^ . "1"^^ . .
