Vanessa was my stylist.\n\nAveda is not great product line. it is less chemically based leaving you with less results, also a lot of build up. \n\nI did do some waxing there a few times Brazilian, underarms and eyebrows - all unsatisfactory - I've had better waxing done for $20 bucks at cheap nail salons\n\nAs for hair - I have platinum blonde hair which i was growing long - the hair stylist advised that i did not need to trim it every month (which is ridiculous - Blonde especially you MUST trimmed every time or your hair will just get split ends that spread up and then break off) I had color banding and breakage like no other after a few months of going here my hair was a DISGUSTING mess. Every time i went i asked for the lightest whitest possible blonde and i left with an unsatisfying brassy blonde - every time i questioned it they said that's as light as i can go and as white as i can go (not true since ive had platinum hair done properly before)\n\n\nI have been blonde for most of my life, i also completed school for hair styling so i can assure you i have had many different experiences with stylists.\n\nI changed salons and my hair is almost recovered from the mess they made so if you really care about your hair i would advise trying elsewhere -I am writing this as a warning so no one else has to go through what i have went through."^^ .
