I believe the lady that showed us where to sit, sat us in the reserved chairs. We were a big party so I understood why she sat us there. An angry Asian lady came to us in the middle of our good time saying we weren't supposed to be sitting there because it was reserved. EXCUSE ME? You guys are the ones that sat us in this spot; we didn't get to choose where to sit. So the reserved party came and it was just awkwardness and dirty looks coming from them because they knew.  It was hot and the whole time we felt super rushed by the waiters. I would understand if they were rushing us and it was super busy but that place was dead. They started taking plates before everything was finished. They gave us the check right away as well. WE WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE. I came here a couple of times before and every single time this has happened stupid me thinking the service will change but, BELIEVE ME this will DEF be the last time we go & the last time I ever recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I will ever tell anyone about this place is that the service was CRAP. Trust me, there are wayyyy more Korean BBQ restaurants in vegas to have a good time at then to WASTE your time and 30$ for all you can eat at Sura."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
