Rarely would I have no clue on how to eat something too.\n\n-Zuke Tororo (marinated tuna with mountain yam and quail egg)- yum! refreshing and beautiful! I was impressed.\n-Kakuni (braised pork belly)- tasty! I love the sauce that coated the pork belly and carrots!\n-Ten Zaru (cold soba with tempura on the side)- I heard it was really good on a hot day. The dipping sauce is cool and really compliments the soba noodles. They give you hot water at the end to turn the dipping sauce into broth.\n-Ten Kake (hot soba with soup and tempura on the side)- the broth was a little salty but overall good.
