I'm glad I did--my sandwich was delicious.  Others sandwiches being carried by my table also looked quite appetizing.\n\nThere was a glitch with my order but they made it right--kudos to the team.  It's often hard to judge the level of customer service when things as planned.  Knowing how a cafe will address an issue when it drops the ball is important because, in my experience, about 1/3rd of the places will leave the customer assuming the risk.
