Sat down and waited and when I saw people going in ahead of me, who arrived after I did, I asked questions. Somehow, they ignored my name on the sign in sheet. Then they called my name.\n\nDr. Broder is a fine doctor. Very satisfied with Dr. Broder, but his assistants lack professionalism. The doctor said, he would send in a prescription for me to Costco. I went home and waited. When the RX was not at Costco 3 days later, I stopped in and asked why it had not been sent. The receptionist was cocky and rude, but she called someone on the phone. She ended up promising me, that it would be sent that day. I went home.\n\nTwo more days go by and no RX at Costco. I stopped by again and they gave me the runaround and the usual BS about it will be \"sent immedicately\". I went home.\n\nStill I waited and it finally arrived at Costco ONE WEEK after I saw Dr. Broder. Whoever handles sending out prescriptions should be fired for gross negligence, since this drug was for control of my blood pressure.\n\nSeriously considering changing offices and have my future appointments with Dr. Broder at the Summerlin office."^^ .
