First, we got a call saying that they are going to deliver 4 chairs instead of 6. When we said we have already paid for 6 chairs and cleared the misunderstanding on the phone they said they'll deliver 5 chairs now and the sixth one the following week, to which we agreed. \n\nWhen we started assembling the chairs we found that 3 chairs were chipped. We called and they told us to email Saad who would get back to us soon. We sent pictures of the chipped chairs to the email address given to us by Leons. There was no call back from Saad in spite of our repeated calls to reach him during the week. Anyways we went to the store and asked them about the chairs to be delivered and they said \"oh! they are here, you could bring in the chipped ones and take these.\" We brought the chairs and were waiting to recieve our new ones. The front desk was of no help. One girl said the 3 chairs are here and the other one said there were only 2 chairs, which was very frustrating. Ughhhh. We stood there for more than 20 minutes kept asking for more information but no body would say anything, no apology and no consideration. Anyways we got 2 chairs and for the third chair , they said that we would have to go to Bovaird in Brampton to pick it up.\n\nYou would think that since they made a mistake of entering wrong information into their system regarding our address and purchase and making us wait a ridiculous amount of time, that they would deliver the chair to our home or even bring it to the Mississauga location.\n\nNOPE! My husband and I were sick of the long wait and horrible customer service so went to Brampton ourselves to pick it up.\n\nWe have bought furniture from Leons in the past but NO MORE. Very bad experience."^^ .
