After months without communication I received a very apologetic message explaining that they were not aware of my situation and that Pop a lock wanted to make up for the problems that were caused. Clearly it is NEVER too late to apologize for a mistake. \n\nPop a lock reimbursed me for the damage done to my car and although I had to deal with the damage for a very long time I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the over-all outcome of our dealings."^^ .
