"Took my daughter's iPhone 5S in because the screen was cracked. They told me it would take 30-45 minutes to repair. That seemed great to me. They called me about 30 minutes later to tell me they didn't have the screen needed for the repair in-house and would have to send someone to get one. (I assume at a different store?) I was fine with the additional time it was going to take for the repair. I picked the phone up about 3 1/2 hours after dropping it off. They changed me $89 for the new screen. I gave the phone back to my daughter yesterday afternoon. All seemed to be working well, until this morning. She texted me from school around 10am to tell me her battery was now drained to 40% and the phone kept randomly shutting down, even after the phone had just been charging all night. I called ubreakifix and explained the issue. I was told, \"All we did was replace the screen. The battery shouldn't be having issues.\" That's nice, but IT IS and it wasn't before you worked on it. I said, \"It seems coincidental that it wasn't having these problems before yesterday.\" *Long Silence.* I was then told, \"Well, we can replace the battery for half-price.\" Ummmm...that's shady. You're not getting more money out of me. This phone had no issues until now. From now on, I will just take our devices to the Apple Store and pay the full cost to have them repaired properly."^^ . . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "2017-03-29T00:00:00"^^ . "2"^^ .
