That's where the positive feedback ends.   Waited in the crowded reception area for almost an hour, only to be seen by a PA that was brusque, condescending, rude and self important.  Would not listen at all, only spoke over me in an argumentative fashion.  A five second \"do you have any questions for me\" at the end doesn't make up for a distinct lack of consideration.
