I've been to Arsenal twice (once in summer and once in winter) and both times have been less than impressed with it. I find their cider to be decently good, but not amazing. I really don't like a lot of it and I tend to like most ciders, whether they are sweet, dry or somewhere in between. The mead, however, is top-notch and some of the best I've had. \n\nMy real bone to pick with Arsenal is the fact that they don't do real tastings or flights. They allow you three samples and then you have to buy a full glass or a growler of product. I consider it more of a place to pick up a growler of something you already like than a venue to socialize at. The staff members were rude to me on both occasions, rushing me along in my decisions and even chastising my friend for asking for a trash can (the woman very rudely was like \"you mean recycling?!\" as if my friend had threatened her or something). The concept and decor are really neat, but I find it to be more claustrophobic and chaotic than cozy. I'll stick to drinking Arsenal's stuff at local bars, since it is widely distributed in the Pittsburgh area."^^ . "2016-12-07T00:00:00"^^ . . "3"^^ .
