When I check out, they give me a completely different price and try to tell me that the price in my reservation was wrong.  For some reason, the front desk lady didn't seem to comprehend that I reserved the room at a certain price and that would be the price that I was going to pay.  I had to get the manager to fix the problem because the front desk lady was an idiot.\n\nIt's a shame they have terrible customer service because the hotel was nice."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
