. "I am 37 weeks pregnant and really wish I had changed doctors offices before it was too late. My experience throughout this pregnancy has been aweful. My doctor, Dr. Brill, is a good doctor but I rarely get to see him and when I do he doesn't know what is going on with me because patients are just schedule with whatever doctor is avl. The office staff constantly makes scheduling mistakes Once I was scheduled for a Saturday and they aren't open on Saturday's. When I called to ask about it the woman was rude and argued with me even as if I was making it up even though I had the appnt. card. Once I was scheduled for an ultrasound and when I got there my doctor didn't know I hadn't already had an ultrasound and said there isn't anyone who can do them that day of the week so I had to come back the next week. When I came the next week no one would give me the ultrasound results and said I'd have to wait until next month when I had an Appnt. With the Dr. Bc I already had my appnt. I was scheduled for three weeks in a row of tests at my office and then informed that they don't do them at my office so I have to go all the way to the SW office and now the only appnts avl. are for the test mid afternoon and then meet with the doctor two hours later. The list goes on and on. It is impossible to ever get through to anyone in billing/insurance. If you can actually manage to get through to a voicemail to leave a message no one will call you back. And if you have lab results make sure you keep your phone handy bc their policy is that they have one person who calls and leaves messages and then is busy all day and cannot answer or return calls. When I couldn't get though to her they told me she has 48 hours to return calls and is too busy to answer the phone and that if I missed the call when she called again she would have another 48 hours to return the call but there was no one else who could give me my results. I rarely write reviews but my experience has been mind blowingly and consistently bad. I wish I had read office reviews and not just dr. reviews before choosing my doctor and I wish I had changed mid pregnancy. I will definitely be switching doctors once the baby is born. \n\nUpdate: WHASN requires patients to prepay the estimated cost for delivery. They overcharged me by nearly $400. I have been trying for 5 months now to get them to issue the refund. I have called countless times. It takes an act of God to get anyone in billing to answer and they will not return calls. I have gone to the office to talk to someone in person twice. Every time I actually get someone to talk to me they tell me that they see that the refund is owed but it hasn't been submitted, promise they will submit it, and tell me I should expect it soon. After four months of this I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Jen. Jen told me she would put it through and that I should have it by the end of the following week. The refund was never issued and now she will not return my calls. My husband attempted to call and was connected to a different office manager who said that she could see that it had not been submitted and that she could put it through but wouldn't because she did not want to \"step on Jen's toes.\" I have never experienced any business of any kind with worse customer service and I find it truly amazing.
