Had only there had been more of the main ingredient in my Eggplant curry. :( the flavors were very well blended, a little sweet with a hint of heat. Unfortunately, the bamboo shoots out numbered all other ingredients... Had I ordered \"Bamboo Shoots Curry\" I would have been extremely ecstatic about the meal...
