They said not a problem. Upon our arrival (approx 930pm) we were given a \"studio\" room, this room is a VERY small single king bed room. I went back downstairs, and told them, that two men who work together who obviously aren't in a relationship, can not stay in the same bed. The woman behind the desk guffah'd at me, rolled her eyes and told me that \"well sir thats all we have you booked for\". It took me starting to get loud before she sauntered off to get a manager. The manager came back and after much persuasion comp'd us another room. I took this room on the 34th floor. Upon my arrival to now the 2nd room, this room was a smoking room, smelled foul, I'm a non smoker, and had a non smoking reservation. I figured since it was getting late, I would have settled for it. Until I flipped back the covers and there were PUBIC HAIRS in the bed! EWWWWWWWWWWW... I quickly grabbed my stuff and went back down stairs.. by that time there was a shift change. Another person again signed and rolled his eyes, stating that \"we are really overbooked sir, cant you just accept that room\". Uhm no sorry buddy, I cant accept someone elses crabs and wahtever else and oh by the way, I'm a non smoker who really does fancy not smelling like a fricking ASHTRAY. Anyways, got another room on the 35th floor. By the time this was finally resolved, it took over 2 hours, and I was EXHAUSTED. \n\nAt no time did they offer any compensation, discount, food vouchers, or even a lousy cup of coffee for all of the troubles.. Avoid this place... they really don't care about their guests, and further its clear that they are all about the timeshare and less about giving you a valued experience so that you like the place enough to invest.. Ill never come back."^^ . "0"^^ . "2010-01-09T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ .
