. . "0"^^ . "UPDATE:\nThis review will be amended after I get my X5 back from BMW of Las Vegas service center again, where it has been AGAIN, for the 2nd time, for what is currently the past 19 days. This car was just at the BMW of LV service department for a full week...because believe it or not I had to bring it in due to several significant problems I realized it had, just days after buying it (from Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas, CA). That incidentally is a BMW DEALERSHIP I WOULD CAUTION EVERYONE AND ANYONE FROM EVER EVER EVER GOING TO, EVEN IF THEY ENDED UP GIVING YOU A CAR.... FOR FREE!!! They are the worst BMW dealership in the universe! Shady, dishonest and completely incompetent! I will review them separately once this ordeal is over as well. \n\nI CAN say however that my initial experience(s) thus far with BMW of Las Vegas (this review pertains mainly to my new X5, the 4th BMW I've owned) have unfortunately been much less than satisfactory (it's important to note that my original review was posted BEFORE I had a chance to even see, let alone drive my car, following the first service visit). Adding I shouldn't have had to bring my car back in for a SECOND time in a week! \n\nHOWEVER, it is also important to note that unlike that other garbage dealership in California, AND the unbelievably insulting and terrible customer service I have been receiving, continue to receive by the representatives I've had to deal with at the corporate offices for BMW North America, the management team at BMW of Las Vegas (more specifically the service manager Josh and the GM Mo Younis) did finally take the time to listen to, AND presumably (we shall see this week, hopefully) address my many serious concerns about the vehicle. Concerns ranging from the minor damage to my vehicle I discovered, damage that occurred while the car was in for service. But more importantly a few critical safety concerns. Many of which I must add, had absolutely nothing to do with the dealership here in Las Vegas as my research has shown several of these issues should have been identified and resolved PRIOR to Bob Smith BMW even selling me the car! As I mentioned earlier in this post, I will review them separately. But I want to say thank you to Josh and Mo for finally being the only people that have actually demonstrated a willingness to get these problems fixed. \n\nTo be continued..."^^ .
