There phone number online was wrong, so I finally walked in and the girl who signed me up was nice but was short and to the point, which made me feel like she was only worried about up selling everything and ONLY cared about making commission. The day after I signed up I went to go tanning in the morning because I had a late start at work that morning... I wait 15 minutes outside their door for them to open... and then get told that I can't tan because I have to wait a FULL 24 hours to tan... I was shocked. Never was I told that let alone never have I heard that. And, she tells me it is Arizona laws... first if it was why would other tanning salons allow it?? Ridiculous. And then they don't allow your children to wait for you in the lobby... After a month going there, I wont be going back. My last visit was my last because I again got in the bed and had to yell out for her to start it because she once again forgot... 10 minutes went by and I was still waiting... I work 2 jobs and try to go between jobs so I am always in a hurry so this was very frustrating to me. And then I notice the room hadn't even been clean because there was some things left behind in there that if the room had been cleaned prior to me they wouldn't have been left in there!! I called and spoke to her about it telling her how frustrated I was with how many times I have gone in there and was in a hurry and had to wait for her to turn the bed on... among a few other things. The manager just was so unfriendly. I told her I was done going there and would stop coming I wanted to cancel my membership especially since I found one who actually lets your kids sit in the lobby while you tan...huge huge plus because I am a single mom and work 2 jobs and it is so hard for me to get time alone out of the house without them... she NEVER once told me that I had to come in and sign a piece of paper in fact she said fine I will go ahead and cancel your membership. And then I had to walk in there because I noticed they tried running my card the next month, luckily I had not put money into that account that month so didn't go through and I told the girl when I went in I cancelled and they shouldn't have even attempted to run my card... she went on about when I cancelled what date etc I said I didn't remember to ask her manager and I would be calling their corporate office and I walked out. Again nothing was said about some piece of paper needing to be signed.Another month went by and then I find they ran my card AGAIN! I then called them and was upset the young lady advised me that the Manger who I spoke with is NO LONGER THERE. How convenient. I went over here with what had happened-- after waiting on hold for 10 minutes she finally was able to find me corporate phone number. Because someone couldn't do their job I am now PAYING for it. Corporate left me a message telling me they weren't going to be refunding me. I promise you I won't refer to you guys AGAIN. And those who are shopping around there is many more options for you... and Celebrity Tanning is one that is better especially those who have KIDS. The girls who work there are very nice to me and my children. And take the time to get to know you, unlike the experience I had here at Palm Beach-"^^ . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . .
