We pay 100.00 a month for lan line phone, and internet. We have had Cox for 25 plus years.  They want premium $$$ for less than premium service.  I have have Cox to our house 4 times in the LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. Every tech tells you something different!!!  It is still not fixed and after I filled out a survey I got a call from someone that I thought would finally get to the bottom of it.  BUT THEY TOO HAVE DROPPED THE BALL.  I AM SICK OF YOU COX AND THEIR ARE OTHER OPTIONS.  I AM TIRED OF YOU WASTING MY TIME AND DAY STAYING HOME SO YOU CAN COME OUT YET ANOTHER TIME AND 'NOT FIX MY INTERNET'.  YOU ARE THE WORST.  We have had trouble ever since we moved into this house, and it was brand new...that was 12 yrs ago.  With phone and internet both and YOU COX, cannot figure it out?
