I was going to pass on it at first because I packed a lunch, and I never really like the food trucks that normally come. But oh my! I ordered the Fried Catfish with a side of potato salad, and when I say I wanted everybody in the building to know about it, I WANTED EVERYBODY to know. I gave out a few bites of mine and sent a memo to those that were not already aware this food is DELISH. Catfish made to order and the sides are good just the way they're served.
