"What a disappointment and it started the moment I was approached by an employee. Robert asked me if I needed assistance and I said basically just looking for something around 25 $30. She wanted one of those little bullets that range from anywhere from 20 to $50. The sales associate Robert answers' not much of anything you're going to find for 25 - 30$s'' He replies so loud everybody in the store could hear him' made us feel cheap it made my girlfriend feel like peasants. It was all very embarrassing made us feel very uncomfortable. After about 5 minutes I was thinking about it ' it started to really get to me when my girlfriend wanted to just leave and go to another store. I then let Robert know how I felt about him announcing to the whole store my business and he just smerked and chuckled. This guy is a jerk! What makes things really worse I paid about 30 bucks for small toy' which there were plenty in that price range' that broke in 10 minutes. The little button on top won't push down and come back up. And what really sucks is there no exchange policy because this wasn't broken by any abuse . Its made cheap and is defective .30 bucks down the hole. Castles is a cool store because of their selection and the size but they think they're hot s*** because it's a decent place for mom and daughters and friends to go to with a decent atmosphere. But to make up for the jacked up prices they should lease offer some better customer service and give customers a little sense of security knowing if they buy something defective they're not going to just lose their money because of their no return policy. Next time I'm going to order online because everything you can buy in the store is online 50% cheaper .it's like they order it and mark it up .when you can order yourself for the same price that they get it for.. Yes it is a convenience but the convenience is diluted by the lack of consideration for its customers"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . "2018-05-28T00:00:00"^^ . . .
