From the start, Dominique was professional and helpful in planning the most amazing trip to Jamaica. She actually listened to what we wanted in hotels, flight times and price range then was able to provide us multiple options to choose from. So she is knowledgable about planning a trip and is also local to AZ, so you know it's not some random website or calling a (800) number. I felt she was honest and genuine and really cares about providing good customer service. She promptly answered any and all questions up to the day we were to leave town. Even when we returned from our trip, the very next day she was contacting me to make sure all went well.
