It's right by a grocery store with a free parking lot at the back so I can grab groceries before I head home. The people here are just regular people. People here aren't too intense or no frat boys/roid heads so you actually feel comfortable and not intimidated to work out.\n\nThe main floor has cardio machines which may be busy from time to time. It also has a few machines and a studio that empties out in the evening with kettle bells, yoga mats, bars that you can add weight to. The lower level is where the change rooms are (generally clean) with free weights, 2 adjustable squat racks, 1 squat rack, 1 smith machine, and the other machines. Maybe once every two weeks, the squat rack is fully in use. Please for the love of god, if you're not SQUATTING in the rack, you do not need to occupy it.\n\nI never use the personal trainers and they don't hassle you to sign up with their programs. They lose one star because some of the desk staff aren't very friendly, and sometimes the personal trainers hog weights/machines/squat racks with their clients when they're not currently using them."^^ .
