Bought a gift card and rather than handing it to me she gave it a 'gentle' toss and it landed in a puddle of water on the counter - really!? After I had the card in hand she started to walk off and I had to remind her that you receive a latte with a gift card purchase.\n\nI also hate that they won't let you pay till they've made your drink...I'm standing there holding my money/card when I order and I'd really like to get that done and go find a table while the drink is being made..."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
