"I wish I could give Findlay Saab 0 stars but yelp made me put at least 1.\n\nI was coming for a smog check and had a coupon that was sent to me from Findlay. I called to verify it would be honored as I was driving across town to the dealership.\nThe operator connected me to a voicemail first. Then I hung up and called back. She tried to connect me again but disconnected me. Then I called back again and I told her maybe she could help me so she asked what I needed. I started telling her and mid-sentence she just said \"oh, hold on\" and put me on hold. She came back and I said \"please connect me with an actual person, I don't care who it is. I just want to talk to someone other than you.\"\n\nI was told by the cashier the coupon would be honored.\n\nI arrived in the driveway and the service writer approached me with an arrogant and condescending tone.\n\nI told him I'd like a smog check and he said those guys are out to lunch and wouldn't be back for 45 mins. I said I'd wait. He proceeded to act superior. And said he wasn't sure if the coupon would be accepted. I told him I spoke with Melissa the cashier and he said \"oh, well I'll look into this.\"\n\nWell I say ...I will NEVER EVER drive 30 miles to get to this dealership again.
