"So one day, your computer is running slow and you finally come to terms with the fact you need to drop $150 on some new RAM. You're mad because you didn't really want to spend it, and the nearest store that carries it is, of all places, Best Freaking Buy. You hate that store. You get chased around by employees who ask you if you need help, almost to the frequency where you're beginning to wonder if they think you're a criminal. So you walk in, old RAM in hand, trying to find your way to where they keep it in the store. \n\nNormally by now, someone has tried to sell you satellite TV or some kind of cell phone plan. Nope, not a soul has bothered you. Whew.\n\nA young gentleman comes up to you with a smile and asks if you need help. Am I lost? This is Best Buy, right? All you can think to yourself is, \"Please don't try to sell me something I don't need. I'm so not in the mood.\"\n\nYou weren't sure about anything other than, your computer can't handle more than 16GB. The young man makes sure it will run with your computer, and even researches your computer's specs online to make sure it will run. \n\nSo you get home, confused by the fact that you didn't have a horrid experience at Best Buy, pop in your new RAM and your computer is running like new. \n\nThanks, Jack. You're an awesome employee. :)"^^ . "5"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . . . "2015-01-21T00:00:00"^^ .
