They showed up on day one and told us they were only going to install the first floor because they didn't know it was a two story house and didn't bring ladders. The second day only one person came to do the wrapping but didn't have any caulking to finish to work. They said they would be here Sunday to finish and never showed up. We finally got in touch with them and rescheduled for Monday to finish caulking and install the sliding door.   At 11:15, after no one showed up, we called and the man said he couldn't work in the rain - it's not raining here!! Plus, the sliding door opens up to a screened in porch!!! It's covered- he wouldn't get wet!! I am beyond frustrated with this company and regret the thousands of dollars we have spent."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
