. "Dale is a complete asshole!! My 3 year old dropped her ipad and it still worked just fine for 2 weeks. We finally got around to getting it fixed and went here. Took it in paid my $75 waited a week (they said they would call when it was ready but never did). Brought the ipad home and the screen would go crazy every time we tried to touch it. (This wasn't happening the two weeks after we dropped it). We called and Dale very rudely told us to bring it back. Took the thing back another week goes by of us calling every day and finally they tell us to go get it. I get there and get home and the damn thing is still going crazy. Called and took it back in 2 weeks go by with no call back and they finally tell us it is ready...I go to pick it up with my 2 littles in the hot summer to show up and hear it still isn't fixed. We call almost every day for 2 months and they keep telling us the same thing, not ready yet not ready yet. My husband stopped in and the reception lady tells him the new tech broke something when we brought it in the first time and they can't figure out how to fix it. A few more weeks go by and Dale calls to tell us our ipad is broken and he can't fix it. My husband went to pick up our still broken ipad and Dale doesn't even talk to him when he asks about a refund just turns his back and walks away. I called demanding my money back and Dale tells me that I can bring my ipad back and he will charge me $30 to put the broken screen back on and then he will refund me $20. He was incredibly rude, didn't take any responsibility for breaking my daughters ipad, didn't return any calls, kept our ipad for over 3 months and now because of their tech it is worse off than before.
