"I'm only giving this one star as it won't let me do none whatsoever. My fianc\u00E9 and I just moved and we were using century link so wanted to have our service transferred to our new house. The day we moved, he had called and scheduled someone to come out and set it up and transfer service from our old house to our new house. We wait aaaaaaall day and wonder where these people are because the 6 hour time frame (which is also ridiculous) had come and gone and then some! They ended up going to our old house. What ticked us off, nobody called to state they were on their way.. Nobody called saying, \"nobody is answering\" which nobody would have cause we wanted service at our new house and nobody called to say, \"we need to reschedule cause nobody answered\" which they'd of gotten an earful anyhow as we weren't living there, hence us TRANSFERRING service!! THEN.. We call, annoyed as hell.. They credit us for one month service, as they should've for their fuck up.. Then schedule to come to our NEW home a few days later.. Already a huge inconvenience at this point as we use our internet for work. GET THIS. The day they're supposed to come, again.. Hours of a time frame and then some had come and gone - we call AGAIN to ask where the heck these people are !? The lady tells us that they actually don't provide service in our area by Tuscany AS SHES LAUGHING WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS WITH HER!!!! So they knew this ALL day and nobody was going to call and tell us ???? We ended up going with Cox, their internet is hands down faster and I always thought they were expensive - but nope!!! They're cheaper than Century Link!!! They came out the NEXT DAY too and we didn't have to wait. Your company sucks, your service sucks, your customer service is shit."^^ . "1"^^ . "0"^^ . . "1"^^ .
