"Customer Service seems to be a dying breed in todays economy.\n NTB version of customer service needs help.\nWhile we are not a huge company we do use NTB to service 10 trucks in the Charlotte area.\nAs expected we make appointments as you should, in return we expect companies to also hold up their end of the bargain.\nOn Saturday an appointment was made at this location for 5:00 PM, for basic oil change truck was dropped off and we left to let them do the requested service.\nUpon returning at 6:20 PM we found our truck had never been touched, no call was made explaining that service was running behind nor was this voiced upon dropping vehicle.\nManager onsite had no explanation or apology, just handed over the keys and stated \"Oh Well\".\nAs this seems to be the norm now with NTB being unable to perform basic services within a reasonable time, I will now be looking for a new company to handle our fleet maintenance.\nNTB has fallen far from their previous record as this manager has shown."^^ . .
