"We emailed SWG because we suspected a small leak from our gas fireplace.\n\nSouthwest Gas customer \"dis\"service rep was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She told me I wasn't home for the scheduled service, when it had never been scheduled with me. \n\nShe then claimed that the problem had been investigated and there was no leak, despite the fact I had told her that the service had been disconnected as a preventative measure so we would need a tech to come back regardless. She wouldn't give me a time for when the tech would be here again claiming it could be as late as 11pm. Overall she had a very rude attitude.\n\nSo here is a picture of the \"non\"-leak the tech had to fix, with soap mixture bubbles showing the leak, which turned up to be a small one (1%), as we had anticipated, but still something potentially dangerous long term. \n\nSometimes I am appalled at this big companies providing such poor customer service that could lead to huge liability on their end.\n\nOn a positive note our assigned tech Kelly was really good and knowledgable, and he made sure the leak was fixed. It's also amazing how a company can survive on service techs who really do their job while other individuals contribute to negative reviews."^^ . . "0"^^ .
