This was in December. Delivery kept being pushed back every week. Don't believe a word they say. Redelivered furniture yesterday and again furniture was damaged even after being told it was going to be inspected by the asst mgr of delivery. I refused the delivery, called the asst mgr and she told me she inspected every piece...lied to my face. Drawers were damaged and would not open/ lose properly. Asked for my money back and now going through a song a dance...someone from corporate would call me back. Had to call the store the next day because , of course, corporate didn't call. Finally got someone to call me and is was a low level employee who had no jurisdiction to authorize a refund. So frustrating. They have my money, I have worthless, damaged furniture. Seriously considering filing a complaint with BBB and the States Attorney General. I'm fed up with their tactics and the lack of response. I just want back every dollar that I paid toward this worthless furniture. If I could have given them zero stars I would have!"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
