I wasn't asked what I wanted, the doctor told me that she's ordering contacts. But I have an option on my insurance that I can choose the 100 dollar discount on glasses. And when I mentioned glasses, they literally forced me in to not going that direction and choosing contacts instead... and Jewel told me that the only way I got my contacts is I had to pay extra for a eye fitting... but I've literally have worn the same contact for 10 tears... why in the world do I need a eye firing and pay 25 more dollars. Yeah, I'm out of some money, but if they treat their customers like it's a business and not health care, they will no longer be a business. Also, they were a whole hour late and used excuses.
