Boulangerie Premiere Moisson was in the process of filling the display cases with cookies, pastries, cakes, and breads.\n\nShop owners and workers were stopping at Boulangerie Premiere Moisson to get their morning coffee and breakfast. We noticed that nearly everybody was getting a baguette with cheese. Later we learned that it was a toasted baguette with butter and Swiss Cheese. We wanted what everyone else had. There must be a reason why they were ordering it for breakfast.\n\nIt did not disappoint. The simplicity and wholesome goodness of the cheese and baguette was a perfect way to start our day. M liked it so much that she sought that same delicacy at other cafes and bakeries around Montreal and declared that none were as good as what we procured from Boulangerie Premiere Moisson!\n\nI also got some macarons. They weren't in the case yet and the girl had to go downstairs to get them. They were absolutely fresh and the most splendid macarons I have ever had in my life. They were soft and almost crumbly. The flavors exploded in our mouths and squished between our eager teeth. What's even better was that these macarons were not only more wonderful but they were also less expensive than those I've enjoyed at home in Chicago!\n\nWe returned to Boulangerie Premiere Moisson three times in two days because we loved it so much. Just saying."^^ . . . "4"^^ . "4"^^ .
