Second time, slightly more helpful but 12 weeks to get the stroller we wanted (final sale and warranty started from purchase date) so we bought online and had delivered for free in two days with great return policy. Went back again to look for stroller clips (on their website), sales person looked quickly and told us \"Ya I don't think we have those\". So once again, ordered online but this time on their website. Order placed...only to notice that the item has to be verified in stock at one of their stores and your \"order\" really isn't an order. Then got a call that shipping wasn't calculating right that day and it would be $14 to ship a $20 set of clips (\"Ya shipping is expensive\", said the rep) . No thank you....cancelled the order and once again will be buying elsewhere. \n\nIt's too bad. They have beautiful stuff and could do so much better, store is packed every time I'm there.
