"THIS \"BUSINESS\" SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING LABEL!!!\n\nMy experience was awful.\n\nI took a vehicle on a weekend test run (I only wanted it for an overnight) but they insisted I keep it from Thursday to Monday. I know why now. It gave them time to deposit a check for $750 and a Visa charge for $250 (security deposits). \n\nWhen I returned the car on Monday, I learned both charges, totaling $1000, had been processed. They would not write me a check to deposit into my checking account, and I was told that it would take up to two weeks to get the $250 credited to my Visa account. They had their car back and I was out $1000!!!\n\nBy driving to my Citibank branch, I was able to put a stop payment on my check (at a charge of $30). Within days, AutoNation turned me over to a collection agency. Prior to this horrible experience, I had very good credit. I have no idea what it is now.\n\nI tried calling the company headquarters for Nevada business, and was told by a recording that no person would be available for a week (probably hiding from irate possible customers.\n\nI plan to contact local TV news stations to report this to the consumer help departments, as well as other consumer agencies and anyone who will listen.\n\nPotential customers - Heed this message!!!\n\nEsther Lynn\nLs Vegas, NV\n(702) 458-1613 \nDid I mention that I am a disabled senior?"^^ .
