My husband has taken his BMW Active Hybrid 7 Series to Chapman and suggested I do the same. I found that it was very easy to make an appointment and everyone from the greeter as I drove into the service area, to my service coordinator, Bobby Stewart, it was top notch from start to finish. Also, It is great to be provided a loaner vehicle at no extra charge. It definitely makes the whole service process almost enjoyable! I would not take my BMW anywhere else except Chapman. They are good people the work very hard for your business! Luckily, this time my AC issue appeared to be a \"settings\" issue but I am quite sure if I have the problem again, I will get the same level of service I have received in the past.
