I did a lot of research before booking and they both seemed like solid options. I was also hoping to propose at the fire pit in the evening, but alas it did not live up to the hype. The experience left me with nothing more than buyers remorse.\n\nFirst the brunch. It was NOT worth the price tag. 95$ was way overpriced and the service was not what we were expecting. We had a bottle of champagne, which no one ever refilled for us (btw alcohol was not included). I know that seems petty, but with such a high price tag I was hoping for better service. The food itself was just \"ok.\" I'm sorry to say It was not worth the price. Overall, it was very disappointing. We will not be returning.\n\nLastly, the Firepit. The staff made the experience excellent but that was as far as it went. Again, this experience was super over priced. Kids running about, people walking right by us while we were trying to enjoy our time together yet everyone could just stop and stare like we were at a petting zoo. It was so not worth the $250 (325 with 18% gratuity) and we will never be doing this again. Worst of all I could not find the right time to propose because of the people all around and kids running back and forth unchecked. It was frustrating and I was not happy with the purchase. The drinks were hotel prices and under poured. The best part were the girls doing the service. I was expecting a way better experience from the class of the Fairmont name and it didn't deliver.\n\nWhile the lights are amazing, I would encourage anyone looking at this for a romantic or supplement to their holiday experience next year to reconsider. It was overall a very disappointing experience."^^ . . "2"^^ .
