When we scheduled an appointment, he was a whole HOUR late. First thing that came out of his said was how great his company is with BBB. Great!\n\nI needed a repair in the shower pan and if it's fixable. He said more likely would have to remove the pan and replace the whole shower which I was expecting that scenario. I am a no nonsense kind of person. I told him I wanted this material, give me the cost and timeline. He kept going on how professional his company is and great workmanship. I told him I need an estimate. He said no, I give you even better than that, the price. I said okay, I need it by that day. He couldn't give me the bid. He said he would email it next morning. Morning came, nothing. Called him three times. Finally, called me back close to noon.\n\nI explained I want this done quickly. I need a bid since I have two other bids. He said he wants my business, but he could not generate a bid for me due to his computer and not being in the office right now. He said he could give it over the phone or send on Sunday. \n\nI told him I would like to move forward quickly and so far he has delayed my reason to use him. Not very nice and didn't want my business. You would think he would honor my request if he was a whole hour late for an appointment.
