This may be a tiny thing, but it actually makes me want to switch to a different insurance company after my policy is over with. \n\nSo I paid my insurance policy in FULL and at the time was receiving paper bills. Up until, I was researching the different discounts they offer and seen they give out discounts for switching to paperless. I switched to paperless thinking maybe they'll give me some kind of refund or something. NOPE, I got billed for $34. I spoke to one of their RUDE customer service agents and apparently, I had paperless in the beginning, removed it, was billed $94, and added paperless billing again, they deducted $60 from the $94, and that's how I got billed for $34. And the person I spoke to over the phone notified me that if I remove the paperless billing again, I'll be charged even MORE. But.... I never knew I had paperless billing to start with so how on Earth could I have removed it the first time. Beware, if you try to change one of the misspelled names of anyone on your policy, you might get charged too.. Great job Progressive, you've lost a customer! \n\nThis here folks is another reason why you never leave something good to find something better, because you realize you had the best.
